For Blooper, go to the Mario Stadium area with Peach. Go to the dock. On the side opposite of the green pipe, some of the water should be swirling like a whirl pool. Go up to that with Peach and use her heart-thing.
OR
Beat all the training missions.
For Baby DK, go to the DK Jungle, use Yoshi’s power to free him from a palm tree he’s stuck in. I think the tree is shaking.

to get baby dk you need to be in Dk’s place and he is through one of those mine gate things down a vine in a tree. you will need yoshi.
