  yeah. i know that it’s weird. but i don’t know if its just some people, just L.A., or just America. But I know from experience growing up here in SoCal, a LOT of people clap when they laugh. So it’s not like she has done something brilliant, its just clapping while laughing. Could be wrong. But, just an observation.

  maybe she has the basic idea on some teleprompter but she improvizes a lot on and around the subject.
